Start by placing the fresh raspberries, passionfruit pulp, agave syrup, lime juice, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and vibrant.
Next, strain the blended mixture through a fine sieve into a clean bowl. Use a spatula to gently press down the mixture, ensuring you extract as much delicious juice as possible while leaving the seeds behind.
In a large pitcher, pour in the freshly strained raspberry-passionfruit juice and add in the freshly squeezed orange juice. Use a spoon to stir this vibrant mixture together thoroughly.
To serve, fill each glass with a generous amount of ice cubes. Pour the raspberry-passionfruit and orange juice mixture over the ice until the glasses are about three-quarters full.
To finish, gently top off each glass with sparkling water, giving it a light stir to combine the flavors elegantly.
