Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey with the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix until evenly incorporated.
Form the meat mixture into approximately 1-inch-sized meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden-brown.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes. Whisk and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Transfer the baked meatballs to a large mixing bowl and drizzle the honey garlic glaze over them, tossing gently to coat.
For a caramelized finish, return the coated meatballs to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve the meatballs warm, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
