Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cauliflower florets and sprinkle with flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
Transfer the flour-coated cauliflower into the Panko breadcrumbs and toss to ensure each piece is covered. Spread evenly on the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic. Whisk and bring to a gentle simmer, cooking until slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle with the honey garlic sauce, tossing to coat.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
